CereneAI provides AI-powered mental health support through conversational therapy sessions. Our service is designed to supplement, not replace, professional mental health care.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CereneAI. Users between 13-17 may use the service with parental consent and supervision.

New users receive 60 therapy minutes with no credit card required. After those minutes are used, a paid monthly subscription is required to continue. Sessions are subject to the usage rules presented in the service, including the 10-minute minimum deduction.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
