CereneAI provides AI-powered mental health support through conversational therapy sessions. Our service is designed to supplement, not replace, professional mental health care.

Service Limitations

• CereneAI is not a licensed mental health professional
• The service cannot diagnose mental health conditions
• Emergency situations require immediate professional intervention
• The AI may not always provide perfect or appropriate responses

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CereneAI. Users between 13-17 may use the service with parental consent and supervision.

4. User Responsibilities

Appropriate Use

• Use the service for its intended mental health support purpose
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any technical issues or inappropriate AI responses

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI system
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Sharing your account with others
• Attempting to extract or misuse other users' data

6. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive 60 therapy minutes with no credit card required. After those minutes are used, a paid monthly subscription is required to continue. Sessions are subject to the usage rules presented in the service, including the 10-minute minimum deduction.

Subscription Plans

• Pro: $9.99 per month for 120 therapy minutes
• Premium: $19.99 per month for 360 therapy minutes
• Subscription minute banks reset each monthly billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

CereneAI and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
